Food Journal ~ 2/13



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 1 tablespoon cup everything but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: Garden Burger, salad, cheese, broad beans, salad dressing, raisins

Snack: chocolate arbonne shake (one scoop).

Dinner: cous cous, salmon, pina colada sauce, salad, dressing

Snack: Meringue cookies
