Food Journal ~ 2/19
Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 tablespoons of everything but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
Lunch: broccoli burger, salad, hummus, joseph bread, poppy seed dressing, almond butter dressing
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: salmon, green beans, lean cuisine vegetarian meatballs
Snack: meringue cookies
