Food Journal ~ 2/23



Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 egg white, light english muffin, spinach, every thing but the bagel sauce, sugar free blackberry jam, 2 slices bacon, coffee, premier protein

Snack: 4 peeps

Lunch: salmon, green beans, guiltless mac and cheese

Dinner: 2 eggs, 2 slices of french toast, 1 slice of toast, 1/4 cup sugar free syrup

Goal Weight: 152-162-Healthy and Happy!
