Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
Lunch: Chicken Breast, 2 tablespoons light mayo, almond butter dressing, salad, cheese, fried onions, 1/2 fig, poppy seed dressing, yogurt ranch dressing, 1/2 Joseph flat bread
Snack: meringue cookies
Dinner: Turkey Burger, light bun, Everything but the bagel sauce, Salad, 1/2 fig, Salad dressing, onions, cheese
Snack: 2 Chocolates
