Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon pumpkin butter, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: walnut butter

Lunch: Garden Burger, 3 mini pitas, hummus, salad, dressing

Dinner: Turkey Burger, Bun, Salad, fig, dressing, cheese, every thing but the bagel sauce, cheese

Snack: 1 chocolate

Walked 1 hour at the HAC

Goal Weight: 152-162-Healthy and Happy!
