Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: Arbonne Chocolate Shake, Walnut Cashew Butter

Dinner: Turkey Burger, hamburger bun, yogurt sauce, salad, cheese, olives, pears, fried onions, pistachios

Snack: Chocolate, Meringue Cookies, Enlightened Beans
