Food Journal ~ 2/12



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 tablespoons every thing but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: 2 broccoli burgers, salad, badda beans, raisins, salad dressing-yogurt, almond butter, poppy seed, cheese

Snack: arbonne cinnamon shake, hazelnut butter

Dinner: Salmon, Salad, badda beans, raisins, salad dressing-yogurt, poppy seed, cheese, yogurt pina colada sauce
