Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, oatmeal, blueberries, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon pumpkin butter, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: chocolate chip cookie

Lunch: ham, mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, riced cauliflower

Snack: meringue cookies

Dinner: ham, mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, riced cauliflower

Snack: 1 cup green tea mochi halo top ice cream
