Food Journal~13/11



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack: cookie, milk

Lunch: chicken, brussel sprouts, stuffing, gravy, pumpkin mallow dessert

Snack:

Dinner: popcorn

Snack:

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour-at a really nice new park. And then went to the library. Had a wonderful meeting this morning too.
