Food Journal 11/12



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack:

Lunch: Samples at Green Acres Market (lots of them! haha)

Snack:

Dinner: Chicken, Sage Stuffing, Brussel Sprouts, Pumpkin-Mallow Dessert.

Snack: Wild blueberry ice cream.

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour.
