Food Journal 11/10



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack: cheese and crackers

Lunch: Grilled Cheese sandwiches, butternut squash soup

Snack:

Dinner: 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit

Snack: 1 cookie

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour.
