Food Journal~11/6



Breakfast: Eggwhites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack: Starbucks Chestnut coffee

Lunch: Richard Simmons Dijon mustard and yogurt Chicken & Cous cous

Dinner: Richard Simmons Dijon mustard and yogurt Chicken & Cous cous

Snack: Snicker Salad - I used Aldi's Fit & Light vanilla yogurt and Jell-O brand sugar free white chocolate pudding mix instead of vanilla. It came out really really yummy!

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour
