Food Journal~11/9

Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack: Snicker Salad

Lunch: 1 cup butternut squash soup, 1 light bread grilled cheese sandwich

Snack: Snicker Salad

Dinner: Barbecued Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans

Snack: popcorn

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour and to the library and home.
