Breakfast: Eggwhites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack:Snicker Salad

Lunch: Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans

Snack: Snicker Salad

Dinner: Richard Simmons Dijon mustard and yogurt Chicken & Cous cous 

Snack: 1/2 cup Maple flavored ice cream

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour
