Food Journal~11/5



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack: Heavenly Butterscotch Isle Apple Salad

Lunch: Babaganoush, 1/2 beef gyro

Snack: Pumpkin cookie

Dinner: Ice cream sundae-yeah I know not the best choice, but really wanted it.

Snack: popcorn

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour
