Breakfast: Eggwhites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter,  chia tea

Snack:Snicker Salad

Lunch: 1 cup butternut squash soup, 1 light bread grilled cheese sandwich

Snack: Snicker Salad

Dinner: 3 tacos, beans

Snack: Snicker Salad

Exercise: Walked 1 Hour and to the post office and home.
