Snack:
12 bing cherries

Lunch:
chili-
1/4 cup beans
3 TB tomato paste
1 ounce ground turkey
1/2 cup onions
garlic
Turkey hot dog
1 slice light bread
6 ounce potato

Snack:
1/2 cup low fat/no sugar frozen yogurt

Dinner:
4 ounces lamb
3/4 cup corn

Snack:
2 TB Raisins
