Snack:

Lunch:
4 ounces turkey burger
2 slices light bread
mild and cream dijon mustard
Baked potato-like french fries
1 slice low fat american cheese

Snack:
12 bing cherries

Dinner:
Turkey Sandwich-
2 ounces of turkey
light bread
mustard
celery
3 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
raisins

Snack:
Smart Pop kettle corn
