Breakfast: Eggwhites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices light toast, pumpkin butter, water, Chia tea.

Snack: Taffy

Lunch: Tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich

Snack: Kale

Dinner: Barbecued Meatloaf, Green beans, Mashed Potatoes.

Snack: 2 pieces of candy

Walked 1 Hour
