Exercise: 1 Hour Walk

Breakfast: Eggwhites, onions and mushrooms, 2 slices light toast with pumpkin butter.

Snack: Golden Milk Tea

Lunch: Tomato soup, grilled cheese sandwich.

Snack: Golden Milk Tea

Dinner: Wendy's-small Chili, and baked potato.

Snack: 1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Drumstick ice cream.
