Food Journal~10/19
I also decided I am going to go ahead and start posting my daily food again too. I haven't done that in a long time. And it will help me, even if people judge me.
Exercise: Walked 1 hour.
Breakfast: Eggwhites with mushrooms, and onions. 2 slices of light bread, sprayed with Parkay butter spray and pumpkin butter. And David Rio Chia tea. (yup still drinking it.. love it! haha). Water.
Snack: 3 small pieces of salt water taffy.
Lunch: Bowl of home made chicken noodle soup with 2 club crackers. Water.
Snack: popcorn
Dinner: Barbecued Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, and Green Beans. Water.
Snack: 1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Drumstick Sundae Cone ice cream.
