Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, spinach, salsa, 3/4 cup life cereal, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, with caramel syrup

Lunch: cauliflower, ham, cornbread dressing, gravy

Dinner: cauliflower, ham, cornbread dressing, gravy

Snack: Candy bar ice cream
