Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 tablespoon every thing but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free strawberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: 1 sugar cookie
Lunch: broccoli burgers, salad, green goddess dressing, a few broad beans, almond butter dressing, eggplant hummus, joseph bread
Dinner: green beans, riced cauliflower, peanut thia
Snack: 1/2 halo top peanut butter cup ice cream
