Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 tablespoon every thing but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free strawberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: Vanilla Abronne Shake (half powder)

Lunch: Garden Burger, Eggplant Hummus, Joseph Bread, Salad, Green Goddess Dressing, a few broad beans, light Caesar dressing

Dinner: Green beans, riced cauliflower, microwavable peanut this indian food, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter

Snack: yasso bar
