Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 tablespoon every thing but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free strawberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
320 Calories

Snack: 1/2 Vanilla Arbonne shake

Lunch: 2 broccoli burgers, almond dressing, salad, green goddess dressing, broad beans, eggplant hummus, joseph bread

Snack: popcorn

Dinner: lean cuisine sesame chicken, brussel sprouts.
