Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free strawberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: apples, cantaloupe, abronne protein bar, cheese, iced coffee with protein shake, hummus, crackers
550 Calories

Dinner: 4 slices of low calorie bread, 2 Tablespoons PB, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar free smucker's pancake syrup
650 Calories
