Dinner: 3 ounces steak, 2/3 cup frozen corn, 1 tablespoon tzatziki sauce, 1 1/3 cups green beans, mushrooms, 1 Weight Watchers hamburger bun
Insulin: 8 humalog

Snack: 1 Skinny Cow Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich
