Lunch: 2 ounce ground turkey, mushrooms, Weight Watchers hamburger bun, fat free sour cream, salsa, cauliflower, millionaire pie

Dinner: 3 ounce steak, 2/3 cup corn, hamburger bun, green beans, mushrooms
Insulin: 8 humalog

Snack: Skinny Cow Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich
