Breakfast: Weight Watchers English Muffin, 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Butter, 1/2 banana
Insulin: 4 humalog/14 NPH

Lunch: 2 slices light wheat bread, 1 veggie chicken patty, 1 slice pie, cauliflower, zucchini
Insulin: 4 humalog

Dinner: spaghetti squash, 3 ounce turkey, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, 2 tablespoons reduced fat cheese, 2 slices light whole wheat bread, 1 tablespoon butter-Brummel and brown
Insulin: 8 humalog

Total Fiber: 22 gms
