2 oz. Ground Turkey meat
1/2 cup onions
taco seasonings
1 oz. 2 % cheese
2 tortillas
salsa
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
8 black olives

Dinner:
4 oz. ground turkey
1/2 cup onions
zero cal bbq sauce
2/3 cup corn
4 ounce baked potato
parkay butter spray
chives
