Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, oatmeal, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Snack: banana

Lunch: Chicken Salad Wrap, pickles grapes

Snack: Oh Yeah One Bar

Dinner: Chicken Chili, WW Nacho Supremes

Snack: 1 cup Halo Top Pumpkin Pie Ice cream

Total WW Points: 23
