Ok I didn't make my goal, but I did get close, and I'm happy with it!!!!!!
I lost a half a pound this week. I highly suspect more, but my kidney medication is still not here, and it's been almost a week. So I figure I am probably retaining some water due to my kidney disease, and lack of medication.
Here's my stats:
Starting Weight: 252
Last Week: 171
This Week: 170.5
Goal Weight: 100
Dec. 31st Goal: 164
