I lost one pound this week! I am only 1/2 pound away from a 80 pound total loss! I just can't wait! It's clear I will not make my end of the year goal. But, at least I will be close. If I can lose this amount of weight next year, I will be happy!!!! Any way, I'm coming up on a major mile stone, and can't wait!
