Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, oatmeal, blueberries, 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon peach jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: Tostada, Grapes

Snack: Protein Cake Bites

Dinner: Chicken Chili, hummus chips

Snack: brownie cookie dough enlightened ice cream
