Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: Garden Burger, Eggplant Hummus, joseph mini pitas, salad, fig, beans, salad dressing

Snack: apples, hazelnut butter, coffee, 1 oz cheese, 3 crackers

Dinner: fish, pina colada sauce, salad, fig, beans,salad dressing, 1 slice cheese

Snack: meringue cookies
