


Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 tablespoons every thing but the bagel sauce, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free blackberry jam, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup
Snack: apple peanut butter
Lunch: garden burger, salad, Caesar dressing, poppy seed dressing, cheese
Snack: cookie
Dinner: salmon, green beans, pina colada sauce, lean cuisine mac and cheese
Snack: turmeric tea with coconut milk
