Food Journal ~ 2/17



Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices of 45 calorie toast, 1 tablespoon sugar free blackberry jam, 2 tablespoons Every thing but the Bagel sauce, coffee with caramel premier protein shake, and torani syrup

Lunch: Broccoli Burgers, Salad, cheese, green goddess dressing, almond butter dressing

Snack: 1/2 arbonne shake with coconut milk

Dinner: Salmon, salad, poppy seed dressing, lean cuisine mac and cheese.

Goal Weight: 152-162-Healthy and Happy!

Walked 1 hour at the HAC.
