


Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter, chia tea
Snack: cheese and crackers
Lunch: chicken, home made stuffing, carrots and sprouts.
Snack: chai and a cookie
Dinner: chicken, home made stuffing, carrots and sprouts.
Snack: blueberry ice cream.
Exercise: Walked 1 Hour.
