


Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter, chia tea
Snack: cookie and chai
Lunch: soup and bread sticks
Snack: pumpkin dessert
Dinner: chicken, home made dressing, carrots and sprouts
Snack:
Exercise: Walked 1 Hour.

Having my pie, and eating it too!
