


Breakfast: Egg whites, mushrooms, onions, light toast, pumpkin butter, chia tea
Snack: Cheese and crackers
Lunch: grilled cheese and butternut squash soup
Snack: 1 cookie
Dinner: grilled fish, carrots, broccoli, and a biscuit
Snack: 1 cookie and coconut milk
Exercise: Walked 1 Hour.
