


Breakfast: Eggwhites, mushrooms, onions, 2 slices light toast, pumpkin butter, water, Chia tea.
Snack: Taffy
Lunch: 1 cup Butternut Squash soup, 1 1/2 ounces cheese, 2 slices light bread
Dinner: Taco, beans
Snack: Twizzler
Walked 1 hour

Having my pie, and eating it too!
