I didn't lose anything this week! But, I am fine with that. I had big losses two weeks in a row! So what can I expect? Except for a loss NEXT week! lol haha This is a life style change any way. So a loss or not isn't the priority, getting healthy and sticking to it is. And I am doing just that! The weight will come along with it, when it is ready! Although I am so close to my half way point, it is WONDERFUL! lol
